Buffalo Police Investigate Fatal Accident | News
BUFFALO, NY - Buffalo Police are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident on the city's west side.
The accident happened Monday evening around 5:15 p.m.
Investigators say a female pedestrian, 54-year-old Melissa Dispenza, was crossing Niagara Street near West Ferry when she was struck by a silver Honda Civic.
Dispenza was transported to ECMC where she died overnight.
No charges have been filed at this time. but police are still investigating.
