BUFFALO, NY - Local preservation group, The Campaign for Greater Buffalo History, Architecture & Culture, is filing a lawsuit against the Public Bridge Authority to prevent the demolition of a row of historic houses on the site of the proposed Peace Bridge plaza.
The Campaign for Greater Buffalo History, Architecture & Culture claims the bridge authority did not first conduct the proper environmental review.
A hearing on a Temporary Restraining Order is scheduled for Tuesday in State Supreme Court.
