X Factor Finalist Performs In Buffalo | News

BUFFALO, NY-- National recording artist Marcus Canty, a finalist on The X Factor, was in Buffalo Friday as a part of the "Know Thyself School Spirit Challenge.

The X-Factor finalist was at Hutch Tech High School in Buffalo for an afternoon performance. The brief show was followed by a Q&A with WBLK, who sponsored the event.

Before the show, 2 On Your Side's Claudine Ewing spoke with Canty. He said The X Factor lauched his career and helped get signed by EPIC records.  Canty said his message is to "always believe in your dream and never let the dream deteriorate."
