News

BUFFALO, NY - A 47-year-old man from Tonawanda is charged with DWI after jumping his truck over a barrier on the I-190 and falling 75 feet to the train tracks below.

Police say Donald Ramsey rear-ended a vehicle at Niagara and Austin streets just before 5 p.m. Saturday, and then sped away from the scene.

Ramsey then lost control of his truck on an entrance ramp to the 190 and fell to the CSX railroad tracks below. Remarkably, he suffered only minor injuries.

He's charged with DWI and reckless driving.
